Little Spoils a Day Off Like...

...having car trouble and then having to walk a mile home from the mechanic's in the frigid wind and then going back a couple hundred dollars later and finding out that the problem isn't fixed and the car has to stay another day but at least they're doing it this time for no extra charge and tomorrow is a freaking work day. Sigh.
