Since my wife, Peg, has the rare ability to injure herself in ways that most people don't, we ended up at the emergency room last night from about midnight to 2:00 a.m. after she slammed her own hand in our car door. Nothing broken, but numerous stitches were required, and there will be significant pain for several days.
However, the Andersons' Halloween party was killer, as you can see below.

But ouch! I've slammed my hand in a car door before. Hurts. :( I have long hair and I'm very prone to shutting it in the car door - ow. :(
Now that's a pretty good one. I don't too often hear about the hair getting caught. Y'all can compare notes someday. ;)
Yeah we'll have to compare notes. LOL Hair. Caught. Pain. Bad. Yes. My husband laughs at me - but what can you do? If you're blonde...Some things just can't be helped. LMAO
I've always said Peg is blond at heart. ;)
Been there, done that. I have a deformed middle finger from an unsuccessful bout with the driver's side door mechanism of a Chevy Nova...I feel her pain.
Glad the party went well, though...here's to a speedy recovery.

Give Mrs. Rainey my sympathy. Funny, but people are always saying that to my wife. Of course, they are referring to me when they do so. Life gets awfully complicated.
